Hi friends. I have shared some health tips to prevent us from hot summer season coming shortly. Every morning drink at least 250ml of water in an empty stomach and make this as a habit. If you add 2 tea spoon of honey and half spoon of lemon extract, it would be too good as this act universally as a best blood purifier and also a good drink to keep the cholesterol and your weight under control. Usually we face lot of skin problems during summer. Use the same honey and lemon and massage your face and wash with Luke warm water and feel the difference; probably the fresh and soft skin will be yours. Avoid excess sugar in tea and coffee. Slice vegetables into big pieces, so that it won't lose vitamins.  If you are suffering from acidity, drink a glass of water with a piece of jaggery dissolved in it, after meals. The juice of carrot and tomato, mixed with a little honey is good tonic for children. Taking Almond and Walnut regularly improves their memory power. Drink a Glass of Water soaked with Jeera and Stone Sugar Overnight, to get rid of Urinary Infections. Drink plenty of watermelon juice and butter milk during this summer season to avoid painful urination. It is mandatory to do breathing exercise with empty stomach and it’s better to have any fruits as breakfast. Please do avoid having food after food and junk food. 
Pineapple + Apple + Watermelon - To dispel excess salts, nourish the bladder and kidney. Apple + Cucumber + Kiwi - To improve skin complexion. Pear & Banana -regulates sugar content. Carrot + Apple + Pear + Mango - Clear body heat, counteracts toxicity, decreased blood pressure and fight oxidization. Honeydew + Grape + Watermelon + Milk - Rich in vitamin C +Vitamin B2 that increase cell activity and strengthen body immunity. Papaya +Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin C, E, Iron.. Improve skin complexion and metabolism. Banana + Pineapple + Milk - Rich in vitamin and prevent constipation. To avoid toxins in fruits and vegetables due to pesticides and fertilizers, soak all the fruits and vegetables in salt water for 15 min before consuming.
