Flat Tummy in 7 Days

Obesity has become a common problem for majority of the people in this world. With the kind of food we intake and type of work we do, it is impossible to burn the fat without proper body exercises. Even people understand this and have started going to gym on daily basis to keep them fit. But to your busy schedule, you may be missing your routine for few days and suddenly you can find some fat gets accumulated in belly. When you realize that you have party or get together or tour in a week ahead, don’t get panic. There are few simple steps with which you can get flat tummy in a week.

First step is to perform circuit training through full body exercises like lunges, push-ups, and pull-ups, for one set of 15 repetitions. This is to build muscle and burn fat simultaneously and this workout should be done 3 days/week. With a minute of jumping rope, you can burn around 550 calories easily. Next step is for your abdominal muscles on daily basis. This can be achieved with crunches and leg rises for three sets of 20 repetitions. Here comes the food’s part in keeping yourself fit. During this period have Natural foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads and pastas, chicken, fish and low fat dairy. Lower your sodium intake by avoiding salt to minimize water retention. You may feel stress in office but please remember stress and anxiety can cause over-production of a hormone called Cortisol which encourages weight gain in the belly area. Please always keep yourself cool. Don’t worry and be happy.

BIONIC EYE FOR BLIND PEOPLE

A new revolution through biotechnology in the form of Bionic eye for blind people is about to come into existence shortly. Researchers feel that the bionic eyes for the blind will be ready for human trials by 2013. This bionic eye implant will help people who have lost their sight through traumatic injury or tumors or with diseases affecting eyes like glaucoma and retinal disorders. The implant is based on a small chip that is surgically implanted behind the retina, at the back of the eyeball. An ultra-thin wire strengthens the damaged optic nerve which servers to transmit light and images to the brain's vision system, where it is normally processed. According to the scientists, these implants do not require a functioning eyeball or optic nerve or visual pathways from eye to brain. The device can also be tuned for use in different environments, both indoors and outdoors. The users may have to wear special eye glasses containing a tiny battery-powered camera and a transmitter, which would send images to the chip implanted behind the retina. The device is both water-proof and corrosion-proof and is expected to will last for at least 10 years inside the eye. Although the device will not be able to restore the eye sight of the entire blind community, I feel many people will be benefited from the technology. Always it will be a nice feeling when technology helps for the better survival of human.

The one and only solution is to go with Lasik eye surgery which gives you a 20/20 vision like exactly what normal eyes will get.  LASIK stands for Laser in Situ Keratomileusis commonly referred to simply as laser eye surgery. In this procedure highly specialized laser beam is used to treat refractive errors and to improve vision.

Not everyone can undergo this surgery. He/she should satisfy certain criteria will be considered as the suitable candidate for this surgery. One should be above the age of 18 and should not have frequent changes in refraction for at least a year. If your eyes got infected or injured recently, it’s better not to opt for such a procedure as it might impair your vision instead of improving it. People suffering from glaucoma, cataracts and a few other eye problems cannot be treated effectively with laser eye treatment. Different kind of Lasik surgical treatments such as Standard Lasik, Wave front-guided Lasik, Wave front-optimized Lasik are performed based on the eye condition. Also it suggests that getting plenty sleep might even prevent weight gain. In case of missed sleep, one has to face lot of problems such as slow metabolism which reduces energy for tasks like breathing, digestion and increases blood sugar level.  The National Sleep Foundation recommends that adults should sleep for about seven to nine hours each night.
