It
may be very sad news for many people but still they have to accept the truth.
Yes. Mark Zuckerberg announced that Facebook will be shut down in March of 2012
since he finds very difficult to manage the site and has become too stressful. Facebook
users will no longer be able to access their accounts after March 15th of next
year. So if you ever want to see your pictures again, I recommend you take them
off the internet. Once Facebook goes out of business, you won’t be able to get
them back.
Zuckerberg
said that it was a difficult decision to shut down Facebook yet he wants to get
back to his original where he believes that his happiness lies over there. In a
private phone interview, he said “I personally don’t think it’s a big deal. And
to be honest, I think it’s for the better. Without Facebook, people will have
to go outside and make real friends. That’s always a good.” Some students have
expressed the shock and some parents are happy too with this decision.
Facebook
is currently ranked as one of the wealthiest businesses in the world, with
economists estimating its value at around 7.9 billion. Those in the financial
industry are criticizing Zuckerberg for walking away from a multibillion dollar
franchise. Zuckerberg replied “I don’t care about the money. I just want my old
life back.”
